The product is shipped in parts and the order always includes assembly service. Even if there are narrow doors or staircases on the way to the installation site, the installation team can carry the product to the destination piece by piece. No worries!

The delivery time from Finland is approximately 4 weeks. The product will leave the factory in two weeks, and will arrive at your office for installation approximately two week after that.
You can cancel your order at any time. We will collect the products after the end of the billing period following the cancellation. If the billing period is 3 months, the notice period is therefore 3-6 months. You only need to pay the monthly fee for the time you have used the products. There are no other costs for cancellation.
You can always get the current price of the product upon request, which is determined by the condition and hours of use. Monthly payments paid will not be refunded in full when redeeming the product – if you are looking to purchase the product for yourself, the cheapest solution is to buy it directly for yourself without the Framery Subscribed service.
